Structural aluminium profile for floating stretch ceilings with a harpoon fastening system for the PVC membrane. Reverse harpoon insertion completely conceals the membrane fastening and creates a wider 29 mm floating perimeter gap.

With the lighting switched off, the profile creates a deep shadow gap. When the LED strip is switched on, it produces a pronounced floating-ceiling effect. The lighting can be used for decorative, night-time, or supplementary room lighting.

The LED strip can be installed only on the vertical shelf, directing the light output perpendicular to the wall. This provides an even wash of light across the wall, visually strengthens the floating-ceiling effect, and allows the profile to be used as an architectural lighting element.

The profile includes a mounting channel for a light-diffusing insert that conceals the LED strip and creates an even light line without visible LED dots. The wider floating perimeter gap makes the profile particularly suitable for rooms with high ceilings and projects where expressive contour lighting is used to emphasise the interior architecture. Compatible with the INSERTA Y015 light-diffusing insert.
