INVISIA X206

Reinforced aluminium shadow-gap profile for stretch ceilings with a harpoon fastening system for the PVC membrane. An integrated structural aluminium reinforcing section provides high rigidity and allows the profile to be fixed directly to the structural ceiling. This is particularly useful where wall mounting is impossible or restricted by the room finishes.

The profile creates a shadow-gap junction with the membrane fastening fully concealed. The receiving-channel geometry, reverse harpoon insertion, and matt black finish hide the harpoon and the inside of the profile, producing a crisp, even shadow line without a decorative insert.

The integrated reinforcing section enables rigid connections between profile sections and provides additional reinforcement at internal and external corners. This increases structural strength and preserves stable geometry even in highly loaded areas. The profile’s increased rigidity also permits wider fixing centres than standard wall profiles, reducing the number of fixing points without compromising reliability.

The harpoon groove is fully compatible with INVISIA X205, allowing both profiles to be used within the same project while maintaining consistent shadow-gap geometry. INVISIA X205 can therefore be used along standard wall sections, while INVISIA X206 provides ceiling mounting near porcelain-tiled surfaces, mirrors, glass panels, concealed electrical wiring, and other areas where fixing to the structural ceiling is preferable.

INVISIA X206 is designed for shadow-gap ceilings with complex installation conditions and demanding requirements for structural strength, assembly accuracy, and junction quality.
