INVISIA X209

INVISIA X209 is an aluminium shadow-gap profile for stretch ceilings with a harpoon fastening system for the PVC membrane. Its integrated structural aluminium reinforcing section gives the assembly high rigidity and allows the profile to be fixed directly to the structural ceiling, particularly where wall mounting is not possible. The profile is designed for complex architectural details, including transitions around stair openings and roof windows, changes in ceiling level, and other non-standard room features.

The profile creates a deep shadow gap, producing a floating-ceiling effect and a clean junction with the surrounding building elements. Rigidly joining profile sections through the integrated reinforcing section creates strong internal and external corners, prevents components from shifting under membrane tension, and improves assembly accuracy.

A dedicated mounting flange accommodates two layers of plasterboard, making the profile suitable for combined ceiling constructions that can be finished without additional trim profiles. The harpoon groove is fully compatible with INVISIA X205, allowing both profiles to be combined within one project.

Its high load-bearing capacity, precise geometry, and carefully engineered design make INVISIA X209 an effective solution for technically demanding projects requiring reliable ceiling mounting, structural strength, and precise shadow-gap geometry.
