Description

Aluminium profile CURTINA X403 for ready-made semi-closed curtain recesses with three built-in tracks for curtains and sheers in stretch ceilings with a harpoon fastening system for PVC membranes. The membranes of the upper and lower levels of the stretch ceiling are fastened to the profile. The tracks are located at the level of the upper membrane, so the hooks and gliders are hidden from direct view.

CURTINA X403 joins classic, shadow gap and floating wall profiles.

Curtains are hung on HOOKARA Y701 curtain hooks or SLIDENE Y702 curtain gliders. The PRASEKA Y805 punch makes an opening in each track, through which the hooks and gliders can be quickly taken out of the track together with the curtains. The HOOKEND Y704 curtain track end stop is installed in front of the opening and keeps the hooks and gliders in the track. The end stop must be removed before taking the curtains down.

Installation

Fastening

Using self-tapping screws or wall plugs to the ceiling through the mounting brackets. Fastening spacing not greater than 1.5 m. Can be mounted close to the wall.

Joining

Without transitions or gaps. Using a Ø2 mm rod and a 15 mm wide band.

Ceiling insertion

The upper-level membrane is fastened with a standard straight spatula, and the lower-level membrane with a spatula with a working part at least 35 mm long and an angle of 70-90°.

Removal

Possible without damage.
