Aluminium floating-ceiling profile for stretch ceilings with a harpoon fastening system for the PVC membrane. Reverse harpoon insertion completely conceals the membrane fastening without requiring a decorative insert.

With the lighting switched off, the profile creates a pronounced 15 mm shadow gap. When the LED strip is switched on, the gap becomes an evenly illuminated perimeter, producing a floating-ceiling effect. The lighting can be used for decorative, night-time, or supplementary room lighting.

The profile accommodates an LED strip and a light-diffusing insert, providing soft, even light distribution without visible LED dots. It is available uncoated or with a matt black or matt white finish.

The matt black finish further conceals the harpoon and the inside of the profile, strengthening the shadow-gap effect and allowing the profile to be used as a shadow-gap profile with a wider gap. The matt white finish improves light reflection inside the light chamber and increases lighting efficiency. The uncoated version provides reliable adhesion of the LED strip to the aluminium surface.

The profile is suitable for straight and curved floating ceilings and is compatible with the INSERTA Y015 F light-diffusing insert.
