Description
Aluminium shadow gap wall profile INVISIA X205 for stretch ceilings with a harpoon fastening system for PVC membranes. With reverse harpoon insertion, the profile forms a 7.7 mm wide shadow gap and fully conceals the membrane fastening without a decorative insert. The geometry of the receiving chamber, the increased insertion angle and the matt black coating conceal the harpoon and the inner part of the profile, forming a deep shadow gap junction with a sharp and even line around the entire ceiling perimeter.
The high rigidity of the profile keeps the structure stable and the geometry precise throughout its service life. Joining the profiles with joint pins with a diameter of 2 mm ensures precise joining without height differences and keeps the shadow contour continuous along long straight sections.
The harpoon groove is fully compatible with the INVISIA X206 load-bearing profile, so both profiles can be combined in one project without changing the geometry of the shadow gap junction. This allows a switch to ceiling mounting in areas with porcelain stoneware cladding and in other zones where fixing to the walls is difficult or impossible.
The profile design allows corners to be made by precise cross-cutting, ensuring flawless geometry of the shadow gap junction at inside and outside corners. The profile is designed for projects with high demands on installation quality, assembly precision and the appearance of the finished structure.
